A review of 20 studies that included more than 900,000 people found that people who drank coffee had 14% less risk of dying early from any cause in comparison to those that don’t. Just one or two cups a day reduces your risk by a whopping 8% not bad odds!
And its not all to do with the caffeine one study found that coffee drinkers that opted for decaffeinated drinks still had a 14% lower relative risk of premature death vs those that don’t drink coffee whatsoever.
