Jose Delgado (1915-2011)

Jose was known for his research into mind control. While he was alive, he inserted electrodes into the brains of apes and, while using a remote control, he was able to get them to perform different movements. He also did the same to a bull, later getting in the ring with it and used his remote to prevent it charging straight into him. After he got cocky, he wired up 25 people. While his device could only impact aggression in the brain, he continued to find a way to access all emotions. He once stated that We must electronically control the brain. Someday armies and generals will be controlled by electric stimulation of the brain.
